Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has hailed two of Arsenal’s summer recruits following the Gunners’ Premier League victory over Coventry City last Friday.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Ferdinand described the signing of Christos Tzolis as unbelievable and that of Ezri Konsa as a good acquisition.
Arsenal signed Tzolis from Club Brugge and Konsa from Premier League side Aston Villa.
“Konsa is an unbelievable signing, a phenomenal signing for that price.
“He’s sound, steady, durable, an amazing signing.
“The new signing on the left wing, Christos Tzolis, looked really impressive again as well. That is a good acquisition,” Ferdinand said.
Tzolis featured in Arsenal’s victory against Coventry, while Konsa did not play.
